Are there any plans for an off-leash dog park in the city of Carver, say at Riverside Park for example? It is really needed here.

The Carver Bluffs Development has free land that has been discussed in turning into a dog park as one of the options. But it wouldn't do anybody any good b/c the City doesn't feel a trail to the development nor a sidewalk up the blvd are in the best interest to all.... unfortunate if you ask me - the 'bluffers' have a lot to offer to this community...

Riverside Park is considered an off leash park. According to the cop, you will not be ticketed for letting your dog run in Riverside. If it bites someone, you're responsible.
